Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are packed at 1810 E Sahara Ave, Suite 212, Las Vegas, NV 89104 and handed to the carrier on business days.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific on a business day are usually packed the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are packed the next business day. Long-spar kites and the cedar chests are packed by hand and occasionally take an extra day; if that happens to your order we will email you rather than let it sit quietly.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not moved for three business days, write to support@virtuskites.store with your order number and we will open a trace — you do not have to do that yourself.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. We can change an address before the label is printed; after that the parcel has to complete its journey and be returned to us before it can be resent. We do not ship to freight forwarders, and we cannot ship to PO boxes for oversize items.

Damage in transit

Photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further and email us the same day. Carrier damage is our problem to solve, not yours; we will send a replacement and deal with the claim.
