Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 August 2026. This explains what Virtus Supply Co LLC collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number, and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation, a card brand and the last four digits. We never see or store the full card number.
- Technical information — IP address, browser and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and to detect fraud.
- Anything you send us — emails, and any photos you attach to a return or a claim.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To perform the contract you entered into when you ordered; to meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting records; and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving the shop. Where we rely on consent — marketing email — you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who make an order happen: our payment provider, our carriers, our email provider, and our accountants. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support email for two years. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your choices
Write to support@virtuskites.store to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete what we are not required to keep, or object to processing. We reply within thirty days and we do not charge for it.
Cookies
We use the cookies WooCommerce needs to remember your basket and to keep checkout secure, plus basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the basket will stop working if you do.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
