Before you write about an order
Have your order number handy — it is in your confirmation email and starts with a #. If it is a delivery question, tracking usually answers it faster than we can; if tracking has not moved in three business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
Trade and clubs
We supply a handful of flying clubs and a few schools. If you want a quote for six or more of anything, email us and we will price it properly rather than making you buy six at retail. We can also put together a starter set for a class — six deltas, six winders and a spool of line is the usual shape, and it comes with a one-page briefing sheet you are welcome to photocopy.
Spare parts
Tell us the model and which piece broke and we will find it. For framed kites we keep spars, ferrules and bridle line for as long as we sell the model and for at least three years afterwards. A photograph of the break is worth more than a paragraph describing it.
What happens to your message
Support email is read by the same two people who pack the orders. We keep the thread for two years so that if you write again about the same kite we already know its history, and we do not add you to any mailing list because you contacted us.
