Terms of Service
Last updated 11 August 2026. These terms govern your use of virtuskites.store and any purchase you make from Virtus Supply Co LLC (“Virtus”, “we”, “us”). Please read them; they are short and there is nothing hidden in them.
1. Who we are

2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email you a confirmation. If something is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel at that point with no obligation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order by card or by an approved digital wallet. We never store full card numbers on our systems; card details are captured and processed by our payment provider.
4. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; where a carrier delay makes a delivery useless to you, tell us and we will refund it.
5. Your right to cancel and return
Our returns policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, any statutory right you have. See our Returns & Refunds page.
6. Safe use
Kites are outdoor equipment and carry real risks. Never fly near overhead power lines, in a thunderstorm, near airports or roads, or in wind beyond a product’s stated range. Power kites can generate substantial pull and are not toys. You are responsible for flying safely and for supervising children.
7. Warranty
We warrant our own-brand goods against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. That does not cover crash damage, UV degradation from prolonged storage in sunlight, or normal wear to lines and bridles.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
9. Intellectual property
The Virtus name, emblem, photography and copy on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
